Martin Quintana is the founder and managing partner of Quintana Law Group, LLC, with offices in Chicago and Wheaton. He focuses his practice on state and federal criminal defense, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice. A trusted Spanish-speaking attorney in Chicago, Martin brings years of trial experience and a deep commitment to serving both his clients and his community.
Prior to forming Quintana Law Group, LLC he was a partner at a small boutique firm that focused on personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice. His strong presence as a highly successful trial lawyer and his prominence throughout Chicago has provided him the opportunity to develop a wide client base which affords him the ability serve a vast amount of clients.
Martin’s passion for the law took root at the age of 21, when he began an internship with a prominent Chicago attorney — a relationship that spanned his college and law school years and continued into the early years of his legal career. That foundation proved invaluable: he has since tried multiple cases to verdict and argued before the Illinois Appellate Court, demonstrating the breadth of legal skill he brings to every client he represents.
Beyond his practice, Martin is a long-standing leader within the Hispanic legal community. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois (HLAI) for over a decade, including roles as Membership Secretary, President-Elect, and President. His tenure as HLAI President in 2017–18 reflects both his commitment to advancing Hispanic attorneys in Illinois and his standing among his peers.
Martin earned his law degree from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, with a concentration in litigation, and his Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, where he double majored in Criminal Justice and Political Science.
